The four indicators are investigated, respectively, and it is found that the assessment from high to low refers to the standardization of recruitment procedures, recruitment channels, job analysis, and the competency of the recruitment staff. The results also showed that respondents did not agree with the evaluation of the company's training management; however, the degree of evaluation varies from top to bottom, and the interest in the training methods of S Company is more obvious in the field of training management.
