Abstract
The Philippines is gifted with wondrous marine biodiversity and natural sceneries. It was in 1999 when an executive order was passed to preserve and conserve the natural resources of the country. As there are various ways and strategies on how to guard our natural resources, one of those is to create a tourism development plan. This study aims to protect and conserve Balite Falls in Amadeo Cavite by providing insights into its ecotourism development plan. Specifically, it illustrates the relationship between the level of perception of respondents about Balite Falls and the respondents' demographic profile. Applied research method was used in this study. The data collected was from a mix of locals from Amadeo and tourists from Balite Falls who were studied and surveyed. Results showed that there is no significant relationship between the two variables, which then became the foundation of the researchers' insights into the input of the ecotourism development plan of Balite Falls.
