Abstract
This action research is focused on the Training Needs Analysis of BSTM students at SDCA. Survey questionnaires were distributed to the second year, third year, and fourth year students from the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) to gather substantial information. Questions are focused on the trainings that they would like to attend and participate. The study shows that BSTM students are not satisfied with the current training programs being provided by the institution and want more training to hone their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The perceptions of the students differ when grouped based on their age, gender, year level, and future professions. Some of the trainings that they would like to attend include communication enhancement, first aid training, and tour guiding.
