Abstract
This action research is focused on the level of compliance of faculty members from the School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (SIHTM) for end term requirements at St. Dominic College of Asia. To gather sufficient information, a survey questionnaire was administered to SIHTM Faculty members. Questions were focused on the level of compliance of the faculty members in submitting the end term requirements. The study revealed that the level of compliance of SIHTM Faculty with the end term requirements has a weighted mean of 2.74, which signified as “Somewhat Compliant.” Based on the gathered data and its interpretation, the institution should strictly implement the compliance of end-term requirements of Faculty-members since those documents are necessary in the preparation for quality operation of academic program. It could be further deduced that the compliance of requirements must be part of the Faculty Evaluation and serve as a basis for rate adjustment and promotion.
