Abstract
This research has sought to examine the effects of dogs with regards to the stress level and emotions of selected graduating college students of St. Dominic College of Asia. The objective of this research was to find out whether dogs have a significant effect on the students stress level and emotions. The respondents of the study were 10 graduating college students of St. Dominic College of Asia selected through random sampling. The first phase of the research involves giving the pre-test to the participants, then randomly selected five (5) respondents to undergo through the experiment. The other five (5) respondents in the control group watched a video relating to dogs. The experimental group got to play and interact with the dog for 10 minutes. The ten (10) participants were then given the posttest to record if their stress level and emotions were changed.
