Abstract
The study aims to determine if having technology based facilities that support playing video games in the company is significant to lower attrition, and to determine if playing games in the workplace is significant in relieving stress from work. The proponent utilized one hundred survey questions and were distributed through an online survey form and printed out forms. The respondents came from currently employed individuals from two different Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies from Imus, Cavite; and Manila. The result shows that having technology resources that can be used for video games in the workplace is important and significant in coping with stress, and adequate salary is not important enough to cope with stress from work.
Keywords: Business Process Outsourcing, video games, stress, employee turnover, attrition.
