Abstract
Most of the schools around Cavite are not using any queuing system to service the students. During every semester, the students line up to process their school requirements that cause crowd and waste a lot of their time. In this arising problem with regards to waiting in the line, the proponents conduct research on how they can reduce the waiting time and long queue that experienced every semester period. As a result of the study, the proponents use Queuing Theory and Agile Method as their base of the proposed system. The main goal is to build a system that can be benefitted by the school and students. This system will help the students to reserve a queue number without going in the line.
