Abstract
Efforts to restructure schools have produced results in recent years. Indeed, OBE may be the most interesting and potentially successful curricular reform for schools, because outcomes are specific learning objectives that students should have at the end of key learning experiences, as well as behaviors and performances that embody and represent learner competence (Sana et al., 2015). The objective of the study is to assess and validate the knowledge gained by the students for every school semester and provide students and professors with an efficient and effective alternative means of assessing and validating the academic performance by providing computer-based assessment and validation system. Further, this study ascertains the impact of Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) results and validation through proper feedback for the students, educators and the institution. The analysis came from 50 responses. Dynamism in taking and creating of assessments have a positive influence on sustaining excellent education. The researchers were able to create a web-based system – Development of OBE Assessment and Validation Exams for SDCA, which supports online assessments, providing OBE and analytical results and contains functions that are efficient and user-friendly for the professor and students in taking creating the assessments.
