Abstract
The study is a descriptive type of research which aims to explore on the relationship of semiotic resources and the language formation of millennials in Bacoor, Dasmariñas, and Imus City in Cavite. The design which was used in the study was concurrent triangulation and the data were gathered through the usage of survey questionnaire with the total sample of ninety-six (96) respondents: thirty-two (32) randomly picked millennial students per city in equal distribution in age, gender and type of school, and of an interview session with twelve (12) secondary English teachers, four (4) in each city and in equal distribution of gender and the type of school. The researchers made use of purposive sampling, a non-representative subset of some larger population, and is constructed to a very specific need or purpose. Data were gathered, processed, tabulated, interpreted, and analyzed using the following statistical tools: Frequency Count, Percentage Count, T-test, and ANOVA (One-way). The findings revealed that there is a significant difference on the available semiotic resources when classified according to the profile variables: Age, Gender, and Type of school.
