Abstract
This research aimed to determine the relationship between the perspective on salaries, benefits, and non-monetary remunerations of the administrative employees of St. Dominic College of Asia and their current job satisfaction. Involved in this study were all 80 administrative employees of St. Dominic College of Asia. The study was conducted in March 2018. A questionnaire was made consisting of the profiles of the administrative employees, perspectives on monetary and non-monetary compensations, level of job satisfaction, general opinion in the institution in which they are working and expected problems and possible solutions. The findings showed that there was no significant difference between the profiles of the administrative employee respondents and the lead variables. Company management may maintain a fair number of responsible and young administrative employees they can handle through recruitment and advertising shifts on working hours and training for career development.
