Abstract

This research was conducted in an effort to evaluate the graduates from Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Accounting Technology of St. Dominic College of Asia, as perceived by their employers. Using a quantitative research method that is designed to obtain information and data that can be analyzed through a variety of statistical models, results were then gathered and interpreted by the researchers to be comprehensible. RM2USIC4 attributes set forth by the institution is an instrument adopted by the researchers to assess the competence and industry acceptance among graduates. It was inferred that graduates exceed in Collaboration and Community Engagement, Creativity and Innovation and Understanding the Discipline. On the other hand, Critical Thinking, Multicultural Advocacy and Research and Product Development can further be developed. Regardless of the industry sector where graduates are employed, it is then concluded that they will perform their roles upholding the RM2USIC4 attributes.
