Abstract
The goals of this institution should match the different needs and expectations of all the people involved, so that it can grow and work well over time. The purpose of this research paper is to determine how different stakeholders connected to Statefields School, Inc. (SSI) perceive about the school’s goals, as basis for the enhancement of school policies. The research included 45 respondents, divided into three groups: 15 faculty and staff members, 15 students, and 15 administrators. The study used a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the possible variances of these groups in analyzing the perspectives of stakeholders. The results showed a T-statistic of 0.434973, which is not as high as the critical value of 3.219942, and a P-value of 0.650165. Even though the findings did not show any significant differences, they still offer important insights which could contribute to a better perception among the views of stakeholders. These insights can help guide future initiatives to make policies and institutional goals better and aligned with the expectations of the school.
