Abstract
This quantitative study assesses how well St. Dominic College of Asia (SDCA) aligns its educational philosophy, vision, mission, goals, and core values with the perceptions of its stakeholders. It involves a comprehensive survey of 260 participants, including students (72%), alumni (2%), faculty (15%), staff (6%), and administrators (5%). Using a 5-point Likert scale, the study quantitatively evaluates stakeholders' views on the effectiveness of SDCA's implementation, alignment with values, relevance to the community, stakeholder involvement, and awareness levels. Findings reveal a generally positive perception across all evaluated aspects, with mean scores indicating that stakeholders consider SDCA's implementation effective (mean = 3.98), well-aligned with personal values (mean = 3.99), and relevant to the community (mean = 4.01). However, notable variance in perception among different stakeholder groups suggests differentiated experiences and expectations, particularly highlighting a gap between those directly involved in governance (faculty, staff, administrators) and those less directly involved (students, alumni). The data suggest that while SDCA is successful in its strategic implementation and alignment with core values, there are opportunities to enhance communication and engagement practices. By refining these strategies to be more inclusive and tailored to the diverse needs of its stakeholder groups, SDCA can ensure a more cohesive and integrated community, further strengthening its educational impact and community presence. Recommendations from the study highlight the need for clear and focused communication to help overcome differences in understanding and build better connections with everyone involved for a welcoming and cooperative environment.
