Abstract
This study focuses on St. Dominic Medical Center (SDMC) in the procurement of quality reagents from accredited suppliers and advocates the effective utilization of said inventory to ensure optimal costs. Thus, a thorough review on the proper conversion factor of said reagents is vital in the overall operation of SDMC Central Laboratory. Through this study of reagents, sourcing practices, and utilization protocols by the Central Laboratory, this will provide insights into refining laboratory processes, ultimately contributing to improved research outcomes and resource management.
