Abstract
Educator resilience is essential for effective instruction and outstanding student outcomes. The study aims to examine the intricate dynamics of teacher resilience in the chosen private schools in Bacoor City, Cavite. The study emphasizes perceived social support and work motivation as key determinants. To help educators thrive despite inherent challenges, it is necessary to grasp key variables. To get insight into the relationship between teacher resilience and key determinants, we apply rigorous analysis and simple linear regression. Significant correlations exist between teacher resilience and job motivation (p = 0.002758) and social support (p = 0.0002511). Further analysis of demographic parameters reveals intriguing patterns in the data. Long-term teachers have higher motivation levels due to the strong correlation between teaching experience and work motivation. A trend in monthly income suggests that teachers with greater salary levels are more motivated to work. Additionally, female instructors are more likely to seek social assistance than their male colleagues. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the multifaceted nature of teacher resilience and provides practical strategies for enhancing educator resilience. The study emphasizes the importance of perceived social support and work incentives in boosting teacher resilience in private schools. Educational stakeholders can foster supportive environments for resilient teachers by addressing key factors in the existing system. This initiative enhances school quality and promotes positive student outcomes, promoting educational excellence in Bacoor, Cavite, and beyond.
