Abstract
The spread of the new coronavirus has forced the closure of many colleges around the world, resulting in partial or complete curricula (COVID-19). A growing number of educational institutions have made the required steps to move their laboratory workshops to an online or blended delivery model. University academic standards must be maintained, and a high-quality student experience must be provided regardless of the measures employed to deliver the learning outcomes connected with each degree program. Because of this, academics in higher education have had to adopt remote teaching and new methods for delivering laboratory services. Face-to-face instruction was not available, and students had limited or no access to laboratory facilities. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the possible impact on student learning, this article examines a wide range of university techniques to delivering teaching and laboratory procedures remotely. An examination of published literature, including books, reviewing web-based provision of chosen institutions and colleges, institutional and national policy papers is the topic of this review, which is devoted to Hospitality Management.
