Abstract
Higher education institutions influence the community, including faculty members; thus, making more essential to know what factors could affect the teachers in their spiritual intelligence. This descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to elucidate the spiritual intelligence among the teachers at various departments in a selected higher education institution. The instrument was adopted from Neal’s Spiritual Intelligence at Work Self-Assessment (2004) which comprised of three dimensions namely connection to self, connection to others, and connection to a transcendent. The results showed that the identified factors such as age, gender, and years of teaching experience have a significance with the dimensions of spiritual intelligence towards faculty members. It is suggested to look into how educators can further enhance their connectivity with the vision and goal.
