RESEARCH LIFE
The SDCA - Research Development Office is a unit under the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Linkages. It is mandated to facilitate the research activities and develop the research productivity of the College.
The Research Development Office (RDO) serves the faculty and staff in various capacities:
Assist faculty and staff members in the selection of their research topics through evaluation of their proposals;
Promote development of research skills by offering seminars and webinars;
Assist faculty and staff by constantly monitoring their research journey or plan of activities; and
Provide access to relevant forms such as in research ethics, originality, and other certifications.

RDO MISSION
To revolutionize research culture in SDCA through programs and productive activities that nurture, develop, and enhance research capabilities of the academic community.
OBJECTIVES:
The SDCA-Research Development Office aims to:
Prepare the academic community to become competent, productive, and ethical researchers;
Actively promote research in all facets of academic endeavors; and,
Facilitate information dissemination of new findings from research that can be utilized within and outside SDCA community for a better quality of life.
