Bill 7 Award
Helps gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex students who demonstrate financial need to study in Canada. The applicants should pursue their FIRST post-secondary program in Ontario.
Award range: from $2,000 to $2,500.

LGBTQI2S Scholarship
This scholarship is for LGBTQI2S students who are planning to enter the 1st year of a Canadian public, post-secondary education institution, full-time, in the fall term following graduation from high school. Applicants must be children or grandchildren (including foster children or grandchildren) or legal wards of a current or retired member of a Component, or a Component's affiliate, of the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE).

The LOUD Foundation
Provides LGBT scholarships to people who self-identified themselves as part of the LGBT+ community. From year to year, the number of winners is increased as well as the amount of scholarship.
Award range: $2,500.

Is a Canadian charity organization with one simple purpose to create more possibilities for the LGBT community by offering awards and scholarships.

The Lambda Foundation is another major source of scholarships for 2SLGBTQ+ students in Canada. They offer scholarships in partnership with 12 universities across Canada.
Pride Education Network Diversity Scholarship
We have established a Scholarship Fund for GSA members and LGBTQ youth leaders who intend to further their education. We will review applications in May of each year. The amount of each scholarship will depend on the number of qualified applicants. Click Here
