YVR Art Foundation Aspiring Artist Awards
YVR Art Foundation offers Aspiring Artist Awards to British Columbia and Yukon Indigenous youth between the ages of 15 and 20 who reside in BC or the Yukon. Aspiring Artist Awards are $500 each and are awarded on an annual basis to youth to support their self-directed work in the visual arts.

Tom Finnie Indigenous Trades Scholarship
In recognition of Tom’s commitment to his community and the communities served by the M’akola, the organization established an annual Tom Finnie Indigenous Trades Bursary. Six bursaries will be awarded in the amount of $2,500 each.

UBC Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program
The UBC Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program assists Black Canadian students who are transitioning to UBC from secondary school or another post-secondary institution. The purpose of the program is to financially support academically qualified students who show an interest in joining and contributing to the UBC community at both the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses, but who would not be able to attend without significant financial assistance. The Beyond Tomorrow Scholar Award is offered annually and supports scholars with funding up to $20,000/year entering an undergraduate degree.

RBC Future Launch Indigenous Youth Scholarship (formerly RBC Indigenous Student Awards)
This award is for Indigenous students to help them complete their post-secondary education, and provide an opportunity for RBC to strengthen its relationship with the Indigenous community. Selected students are awarded up to $5,000 each academic year (for two to four years) to use towards tuition, textbooks, supplies and living expenses. RBC also considers scholarship recipients who are interested in careers in financial services for summer and post-graduate employment.

Cmolik Foundation Scholarships
Nine scholarships of up to $35,000 each will be awarded to BC students who have demonstrated good work ethic, tenacity, and other commendable attributes in achieving their academic and social goals, and who, without support, may not have the means to attend a post-secondary institution. The Foundation looks for students that have faced adversity, but through hard work and determination have been successful in achieving their goals.
To be considered for nomination, your completed nomination form must be submitted to the École Royal Bay Scholarship Google Classroom on or before the deadline. Applicants must be BC residents who have lived in Canada for at least 7 years.

ATCO Indigenous Education Awards
The Indigenous Education Awards Program supports First Nation, Inuit and Métis students across Canada by providing financial assistance to help them in their quest for higher education. These awards, bursaries and scholarships are given to students who demonstrate leadership capabilities and strive to be role models in their schools and communities.

VIU Chancellor's Scholarship for Aboriginal Students
Available to top academic grade 12 students from First Nations communities, Friendship Centres or Metis organizations on Vancouver Island. Students must be completing their grade 12 high school year with an “A” average of 90% or higher (with no mark lower than a “B”) for each grade 11 and 12 course in the 8 defined academic courses. These scholarships are renewable for the duration of the student’s undergraduate studies at VIU, up to the completion of their first bachelor’s degree (maximum 5 years).

BCSS Indigenous Student-Athlete (BC School Sports)
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide recognition to Indigenous students. BCSS is dedicated to assisting worthy student-athletes in their desire to attend an Accredited Post-Secondary School.
Two (2) $750 scholarships will be awarded to one male and one female.

Judy Bourne Memorial Scholarship
Six scholarships will be awarded in five regions to Indigenous youth enrolled in Grade 12 who plan to attend a recognized post-secondary institution or training centre: Value: $1,600

Indigenous Engineering Student Scholarship
This educational scholarship will be combined with a 4- or 8-month term job placement program, for Indigenous students entering or returning to an accredited university engineering program in BC.
The goals of the program are:
To encourage Indigenous students, who are under-represented in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry, to be aware of and consider career opportunities in green building engineering;
To provide real-life exposure and hands-on experience in a high-performance consulting engineering office environment; and
To inspire other Integral Group offices, regions, and industry peers to follow suit, strengthening the representation of Indigenous people in the AEC community.

Ted Rogers Scholarship Fund For Indigenous Students
The Ted Rogers Scholarship through Indspire is for Canadian Indigenous students starting a post-secondary program in the fall. It is a renewable award of $2500 per year for students enrolled in a minimum two year post-secondary program to a maximum of four years. While enrolled in post-secondary students must maintain a full-time course load to receive the renewed support each year. To apply - Click Here

Requirements:
Students must be entering into full time studies in a first bachelor degree or first diploma program at a Canadian accredited university or college.
Program must be a minimum of 2 years in duration.
University preparatory programs in any jurisdiction are not eligible (e.g. (CEGEPs - pre-university diploma).
Students must be under the age of 25 and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and have a valid social insurance number.
Petro-Canada Award for Indigenous Students
The Petro-Canada Award for Indigenous Students is for Canadian Indigenous students enrolled a Canadian high school program. It is a one time award of $750 for students from one of the Indigenous communities listed within the application. To apply - Click Here

First Nation (status and non-status) high school students who live in communities listed within the application.
Enrolled full-time in a high school within Canada.
Have a valid Social Insurance Number.
Students must be under the age of 19 and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Horatio Alger Indigenous Achievement Scholarship
The Horatio Alger Indigenous Achievement Scholarship is for Indigenous students starting a four year post-secondary program in the fall. This is a renewable award of $2500. While enrolled in post-secondary students must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and a full-time course load to receive the renewed support each year.

First Nation (status and non-status), Inuit and Métis high school students from an Indigenous community in the territories as well as attending school in the Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, or Nunavut.
