Challenge 1:
Talk to your parents or guardians about the rules in your house or family. Ask the grown-ups what helped them think of those rules and why they are so important.
Challenge 2:
Find a map online for the zoo, point to a location or different exhibits you would like to see. If you went for a visit, which route would you take on the map?
Challenge 3:
Create a pretend grocery store or lemonade stand using empty containers. Label how much each costs. Invite your family to come and shop.
Challenge 4:
Ask a grandparent or older adult about how life was different for them when they were a child. Ask about schools, parks, phones, chores, games, and music. Draw a picture of something you think might be different in the future.
Challenge 5:
Create a Family Tree with as many members of your family as you can. Make sure you state the relationship of each person in the family.
Challenge 6:
Think about a national holiday we celebrate in our country (for example- 4th of July, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving). Design a postage stamp to represent that holiday.
