How many different ways can you make $1.25 using coins? Show the combinations using online coins. Choose Grade 3 and manipulatives: Currency.
Challenge 6:
Have a scavenger hunt around your house looking for right angles. Make a list of all the right angles you find. If you don’t remember what a right angle is, you can review all about angles on Math is Fun!
Challenge 7:
Create a design using pattern blocks. Identify the names of each shape. Can you create the design using a different combination of shapes?

Reach the gold coin by climbing the ladder and finding the perimeter.
Challenge 9:
Write down your bedtime from last night. What time did you wake up this morning? Figure out how many hours you slept. You can use this virtual clock to help you.
Challenge 10:
Play Multiplication Top-It with someone. Directions: Use a deck of cards. Pass out all the cards in the deck between the players. Each player flips over 2 cards and multiplies them. The person with the largest product wins the round and takes the cards. The person with the most cards at then end of the game wins!
