some questions readers ask will help them gain a deeper understanding of the text.
other questions will help readers clarify something they do not understand.
Readers may also ask questions if they are curious about a topic or want to know more about what might happen in a text.
As we read this story, continue to practice the startegy of ask and answer questions by writing some questions you have in the margins.
