Administrators

Access to IIEP

The Indiana IEP program is used by all Special Ed staff in the state of Indiana to complete IEPs. Access to the IIEP program will be given to all SBCSC administrators and social workers. Please follow the instructions for setting up your account on the Access to IIEP page.

Please note that your access is READ ONLY. Only Teachers of Record and licensed Special Ed staff will make changes to IEPs.

Viewing and Printing Documents

To view a student's IEP:

  1. Click Students on the green bar.

2. Enter the last name of the student, and click View Students. Click on the student's name when the list is presented.

3. Click the link to Documents in the blue menu bar directly below the green bar.

Documents that have been created for this student will appear on this page. Click the green View All button to view the complete list of documents.

Items in the Document column are links to download the document to your computer.

Documents will be downloaded to your computer and may be viewed or printed from there.

Viewing IEP Compliance

You will see an overview of compliance for your buildings on the main IIEP screen.

You can view different statistics about the schools that you have access to. If you need access to different schools, please see the Access to IIEP page.

To view compliance for an individual student or teacher, you must view that student's record, or the teacher's caseload.

For an individual student:

1. Click Students on the green bar.

2. Enter the last name of the student, and click View Students. The compliance symbol before the student's name will indicate the status of the IEP paperwork.

For a Teacher:

Unfortunately, there is no easy way for an administrator to view a teacher's caseload except to follow the steps above, searching for a student whom you know is on the teacher's caseload. When the list above is presented, click on the Teacher's name in the Case Manager column, and you will be presented with all the students on that teacher's caseload.

Once again, the compliance symbol before the student's name will indicate the status of the IEP paperwork.
