Course Description
- This course is interdisciplinary by nature integrating biology, earth science, chemistry, and other disciplines.
- The class is designed to challenge students through an in-depth scientific study of ecosystems, population dynamics, resources and their management, and environmental consequences of natural and anthropogenic (human-caused) processes.
- Students will formulate, design, and carry out laboratory and field investigations as an essential course component.
Students spend a variable amount of time outdoors in the Environmental Center completing labs and activities.
