GCIT maintains a well-zoned infrastructure consisting of 19 buildings serving different institutional functions.

Campus Breakdown:

Staff Accommodation (7 buildings): Residential quarters for faculty and staff, maintained by the estate office under a complaint resolution system.
Student Accommodation (6 buildings): 2 female and 4 male hostels with standard amenities and connectivity.
Academic Blocks (3 buildings): Dedicated to classrooms and labs; Buildings G and H include PWD-accessible toilets.
Administrative Block (1 building - Block E): Offices for faculty and admin, meeting rooms, staff pantry, and gender-segregated toilets.
Multi-Purpose Hall (1 building): Venue for indoor sports, events, and performances with HVAC and 500-seat retractable gallery.

The mess hall operates seven days a week, providing three nutritious and balanced meals daily—breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
