Passport Book Activity #4 requires you to record your "Initial Thoughts" to help participants further understand the analogy of a travel agent versus a tour guide and identify the different impacts COVID-19 has had on teaching and learning. Please complete ALL activities on this page in your Passport Book and in the order they are listed.

As you watch the video, reflect on how the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic show up on your school, classroom, or relationships with students.

  • How do you currently know if the strategies you are using are working to meet the needs of all your students?

As you watch, think about whether you think there is an appropriate time to be a travel agent and a tour guide! As educators, we must be INTENTIONAL in our planning to engage all students in learning!
