When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. Let this site walk you through the basics in our new mindful guide on how to meditate.
During this time of uncertainty there are many individuals that are sacrificing their time with family to protect yours. Medical professionals, grocery store employees, truck drivers and many more professions that are essential to our daily lives.
A little note of kindness can go a long way in helping these individuals continue the fight and keep pushing on! Find someone you know that is an essential work and write them a note expressing your gratitude.
It never hurts to learn something new! Maybe you've wanted to pick up dancing, or try to learn a new recipe. Whatever it may be, now is the perfect time to try it out!
Be kind to our Neighbors!
Chances are we are all seeing our neighbors more and more these days. Be sure to wave and say hello (making sure we are safely social distancing our selves). I've had some awesome opportunities to meet my neighbors and I must say, they are all extremely nice and helpful!
Did you try an activity every day?
