Want students to really understand how large (land) the United States is compared to other countries? The site linked to the left will allow students to drag the shape of the US around the world to relatively compare. Start by typing the name of a country into the search bar. Once the country's transparent shape shows up on the map in its true location, students can simply drag the shape around. Multiple countries can be added to the map at the same time.

Amazing news!! Google recently announced that you will soon be able to record up to 30 minutes of video within Google Slides. Users will be able to re-record if necessary and save the recordings into Google Drive.
More good news: you can now insert GIFs and stickers directly onto your Google Slides by visiting the Insert menu > Images > GIFs and stickers. Enter a search query and then insert. 🥳
