🖥️ September's Featured Resources
💬 Text Chat Animator
By default, there are four characters in the simulated group chat. To change the character names, click on the default names. Change the character avatar by clicking on the blue upload button underneath the images. If students only want two characters to be in the chat, simply don't use the other two when creating the dialogue. To edit the dialogue click on the message box. Use the drop-down tool next to the character names to choose a speaker.
💡 Lesson ideas for using the Text Chat Animator:
Interactive Storytelling: have students create a dialogue between characters
Historical Reenactments: recreate historical events in a group chat filled with historic figures
Problem-Solving Simulations: have students create interactions to problem-solve a complex scenario created by the teacher
Featured AI Tool
The Would You Rather Question Generator can create fun thought-provoking questions for your students to grapple with. Once you select "Use Tool Now!" you'll be prompted to select a grade level and content topic for the questions. Being specific about the topics helps ensure that generated questions will be helpful. For example, if I want questions related to the Enlightenment for my 10th-grade World History students, I could enter "Enlightenment ideas related to the rule of law, citizenship, reason, literacy, and property" in the topic box. After selecting "funny," here are two of the ten Would You Rather? generated questions:
Would you rather have the power to teleport anywhere instantly but never have the freedom to express your opinion, or have the freedom to express your opinion but be limited to walking everywhere?
Would you rather have the ability to read minds but lose the right to privacy, or have the right to privacy but never know what other people are thinking?
