Homework Due Dates:
Math Homework: Daily- The homework from the math “Apply” book is due the next day. The lesson is specified in your child’s communicator. For example if we worked on Lesson 16 in class on Monday, the Lesson 16 homework would be due on Tuesday.
Daily Math: Fridays- Students have “Daily Math” homework, which is a packet or worksheet(depending on the length of the math problems) with Monday-Friday and various problems. Students may complete these packets all in one day or throughout the week. However, it is to be turned in on Fridays.
Cursive: Fridays- Cursive is also a packet with Monday-Thursday (and sometimes Friday). Students can complete as much of it as they want per day, but it is due on Fridays.
Reading Book Review: Last School Day of the Month- Book Reviews will be collected on the last school day of the month.
This assignment is meant to be a creative way for students to represent the reading they did that month
The assignment can focus on any book read that month
Your student does not have to finish the book
They can focus on one chapter of the book in their assignment if they have not finished reading it
