What: The Putnam County District Library and the Council on Aging will be hosting a presentation on crating stronger passwords. Participants will learn 10 tips for creating a secure password and what you should and should not do. Finally, participants will make 1 or 2 strong passwords. What: Tai Chi is a slow, rhythmic, and graceful exercise that promotes overall wellbeing. Tai Chi can improve strength, flexibility, balance, memory, focus and sleep. Tai Chi can help to prevent falls, lower anxiety, stress and depression, and decrease arthritis pain.

Kids' Boxing
Our boxing program is really growing and we are thrilled to present Kids Boxing!
This class will be for children 5+ and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00 p.m. located in the main floor cardio room at Firehouse Fitness Club! Students will need to wear/bring light athletic clothing, comfortable sneakers and a water bottle. Message or stop in at Firehouse Fitness Club with any questions or to sign up!! This class will help students jump into the sport by focusing on the basics, including: stance, striking, defenses and footwork!
