The playground connects to Ottawa Metro park. The ground is made of rubber, complete with ramps and ground-level equipment designed so children with wheelchairs, crutches and other mobility differences can navigate the playground. The equipment is decorated with bright, neon green colors so children with visual impairments can see it. There are slides, playhouses and rope bridges common in traditional playgrounds. There are single swings, two-seat swings and a swing set with a wheelchair platform. There are musical chimes, tunnels decorated with star-shaped window panels to capture sunlight and other sensory elements throughout the playground.

The playground has slides, games and a merry-go-round that a person in a wheelchair can ride. The playground is designed to be enjoyable for all people so that kids with disabilities can play with their siblings.

Four Seasons Park 18031 Road M, Kalida, Ohio

This park provides a variety of play areas for children and adults alike. The park has both indoor and outdoor shelter houses, ball diamonds, and soccer fields, play areas with some unique playground equipment including handicap accessible swings, Mommy and Me swings, and climbing sets. The park provides a fish pond surrounded by a walking track, an amphitheater, disc golf course, concrete cornhole boards and a sledding hill for the winter months.

Miracle Park, built by the Miracle League of Findlay, is an inclusive playground connected to the Miracle League's own baseball diamond. The same way Miracle League believes every child deserves a chance to play baseball, the play structure allows children of all abilities to play together. Featuring a Sensory Play Center Roller Table, and Accessible We-Saw, this playground has something for every child. The family bathroom has a changing station that fits a child or adult.

Wood County Plays Inclusive Playgrounds are wheelchair and walker accessible through extensive ramping, rubber surfacing, and specialized play equipment. Fencing also surrounds our playgrounds for children with sensory disorders that may elope or run away. The poured rubber surfacing is coded for children with visual impairments to highlight danger areas. Additionally, play spaces for toddlers are specially designed for family fun.
