Children up to age thirteen can be cared for in a center. The center must be licensed through the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services.
Families who qualify:
Income under 130% Federal Poverty Level
Participate in an approved Work, Training, or Education activity
Full or part-time
Co-payment depends upon family's gross monthly income

Bright Blessings Preschool and Childcare is licensed by Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Their services include infant and toddler daycare and daily pre-school classes (included in child care costs), before and after school care, school age care for delays and calamity days.

Services provided to children 3-4 years of age who are on specialized services (IEP), for children that qualify. Education, information/referral, in-home services, Speech/Occupational Therapy, and Parent Education. Services are available at five sites around Putnam County in the public schools including Ft. Jennings, Leipsic, Continental, Columbus Grove and Miller City. The sessions are three hours with a sliding fee scale. Calls begin in February for fall enrollment.
