Provides information on who to contact to access mental health, alcohol or drug addiction services. The Board is the governing authority for the disbursement of federal, state, and local dollars for the purposes of mental health & drug and alcohol treatment and prevention. The priorities are developed by the Board to meet the local needs of our community.

Among the many services provided are referral and information, counseling, assessment, treatment, consultation, support and guidance. Specific mental health services include: psychiatric services, community support, mental health education, psychological evaluations, play therapy and pre-hospital screenings.
Substance abuse services include: outpatient programs, anger management, prevention education and BWC and Drug Free Workplace programs for employers and employees.
Pathways clinicians provide presentations to community groups and schools. Prevention, intervention and counseling services are provided to the Alternative Opportunity Center and prevention programs are available to all schools in Putnam County.

Anyone who struggles with grief stemming from death, divorce, estranged relationships, addiction, mental health issues, physical issues or trauma may benefit from the Grief Recovery Method. FRC has certified Grief Recovery Specialists at multiple locations. To get enrolled, ask our call center to connect you with a certified Grief Recovery Specialist.
