Serves children and adults who receive Medicaid or have a qualifying insurance
The clinic is staffed with professional dentist, hygienist, and assistants
Routine check-ups, restorative procedures and dentures are available by appointment only
Patient must bring Medicaid Card or Proof of Insurance
Patients with or without private insurance are seen if income guidelines are met
Any person age 19 or under can receive treatment for $25.00 per visit, if they meet guidelines, except crowns, root canals, and items such as lab fees (call for prices on these.)
