You should have received a Meta Quest VR headset from the bookstore.
Students in the PMHNP and Acute care track will receive their headset one term ahead of needing it.
The bookstore is prompted to send you this automatically after enrollment in one of the following classes in the NP program:

VR Headset Set-Up
At PG, we use Meta Quest headsets for your virtual reality experiences.
When you first set-up your Meta Quest headset you will need to download an application called Meta Horizon
This is a free app available in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
This app will walk you through setting up a Meta account, and then pairing your VR headset to that account.
Pairing your headset to Meta Horizon is a required step. It enables essential features like cloud backup, which helps protect your data if the device is ever lost or damaged. If y
You do not need to create a Meta avatar, or provide a credit card/financial information in the Meta Horizon app.
Once your headset is paired, you will not need to use the Meta Horizon app or access your Meta account again for your coursework.
