Immersive Learning Coordinator, School of Nursing, Graduate Programs
Dr. Kim Burtch serves as the Immersive Learning Coordinator for Purdue University Global’s graduate nursing programs and is a practicing APRN with over 13 years of experience in nursing and academia. Since joining Purdue Global in 2023, she has played a key role in integrating virtual reality and immersive content into the graduate nursing curriculum.
She has taught both graduate and undergraduate nursing students, specializing in clinical and didactic courses in pediatrics and critical care. Clinically, she has served in emergency medicine as both an RN and NP and currently practices in an immediate care facility.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children.
