Seniors appreciated the encouragement along the course.

Rope off sides of finishing shute from playground to end - some children were running from playground straight to the water station. Banner say "Finishing line" would be a great idea. Rope from finishing line to water bottle station.

BBQ prep- logistics meeting before (who,what,when,where)

Leaders need official time to do House Captains chants @ start

Lots of absent children

Support House Leaders - give them more opportunities to lead & share chants in the lead up

Need 2-4 recycling bins for bottles

Lots of parents wanted to take their child home after the race - advertise more beforehand

Couldn't save water bottles as children played & squashed them

Arrows from 2017 would have been helpful to use.
