Child presenters big plus

No one got lost

Tongan girl costumes prevent them from watching concert. Have them perform first next time so they can watch

Cook Island group. A very long time to sit and wait for their performance. A junior / senior group like the Samoan?

Sound quality dropped off at a certain point.

Dangerous around the covered wires

Seating for helpers of groups

Security issues - more people needed to manage corridors prior/during/after items.

Teenagers around toilet areas needing some managing

Difficult at times to manage with lack of lighting

Change of group managers at late stage

Toileting of children during show time

Stage size - make bigger

Weather: no run throughs caused trouble around where kids were meant to be prior/after performance. Seating areas were hard to manage as we didn't know how much space was needed.

Somehow ensure we always have a seated walk through.

More visual barrier

Still want that party atmosphere at end that Cook Island items bring

Sound quality dropped off at a certain point. Next time could put sound on towers. Elevate sound desk

Foot lights/solar lights to guide kids to and from stage area

Getting more carpet for next event

Start a week or two earlier?

Children needing to get changed again - who manages this - locking rooms?

- outdoor changing room for this?

Adult toilets - Port-a-loos next time?

Managing of people coming to give koha and recording.

Final night show meant rooms were not packed up as well as usual.

Koha boxes location - can we place them closer for people to get to?

More of an effort in contacting Tongan community to be involved prior to event.
