Most parents came to their interview times and it's more personal to have one on one with parents.

Really nice to meet all the parents and get their support in the homework programme.

Like individual meeting times allows parents to talk about any ongoing problems, makes parents feel comfortable.

Many parents who hadn't booked their appointment didn't come.

Possible block of times during the evening for teachers to have dinner and a toilet break

Proposal times Thursday night for Meet the Teacher from 3.30pm-7.30pm then Friday from 9-12noon and Teachers get Friday afternoon (the rest of the day) off in lieu of Thursday nights work.

More parents did come with the allotted times (not chosen) when the slips went out sooner. (not the day before)
