Weather was iffy at first, glad we got through it!

Manager for all events - didn't have outside volunteers

Level 1 - families were able to attend

Y4 boys having split group. Finals have to be run next week (Y1's, 2 boys & Y3 boys) - have to make smaller groups due to numbers & some behavioural issues

Y4 girls in the junior rotation (accomodating to create 2 groups for 45 Year 4 boys)

No volunteers

149 kids were away, 74 kids were absent on both sports days this year: cross country & athletics

Extra Teacher/Support worker that are with the group to come to the finish line for junior sprints to help with management of children

Bring in gear from your station - lessen Sally's load

Designated First Aider outside with water,ice packs and band aids, Charlotte can be last call

Parachute - possibly do another activity? Space & tiring for the manager. Is it possible to buy a new parachute? The one used had a hole in the middle and strings that got around some of the kids.

Split senior groups e.g Y4 boys - send both groups together
