Program Description:

• Provides Family Enhancement Program to address issues around domestic violence
• Provides support for addiction concerns through the Sahara Addictions Program and the Sahara Opioids Addiction Program
• Service is at no cost to the participant
• Provides both voluntary and court-mandated services

Eligibility Requirements:

• Anyone that can speak English or one of the South Asian languages.

PATCH clients include anyone who is homeless or almost homeless, uses the Hospital Emergency Department for non-medical emergencies, mental health, addictions or social issues.
