- Newcomers registered as clients at Bramalea Community Health Care Centre (Brampton CHC) can access primary health care from an integrated team of healthcare professionals that includes: nurse practitioners, family physicians, registered nurses, community health educators, medical office assistants, social workers, community dietitians, physiotherapists, and chiropodist.
- This service also provides assistance in obtaining an OHIP card, guidance in accessing language, educational and employment programs and referrals to other agencies that can provide support with settlement issues.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Newcomers without health card can access primary health care.
- Clients must live in our service area, which includes postal codes starting with L6R, L6S, L6T; and
- Clients must identify with one of the following priority populations (visit the link for more detailed information of the priority populations):
- Youth ages 13-25
- Families who are under-resourced
- Newcomers
- Seniors
- People who are homeless, under housed, or at-risk of homelessness
- People in racialized communities
- People dealing with mental health conditions or substance use issues
