Peruse: Would you like to present an idea and receive feedback from another district team?
Brainstorm: Would you like to present a problem / generate ideas to strengthen your Implementation Plan?
Listen: Would you like to hold an open forum or group conversation anchored in your Implementation Plan?
Prepare: Once you’ve determined your goal, utilize the corresponding template in the Choice Menu to prepare for the P.B.L. Rounds.
Engage in the P.B.L. Rounds as directed by your facilitator.
Identify a product that highlights the story of PBL implementation in your district.
Choose a product that's authentic to your audience and purpose (board presentation, town hall, new leader orientation, etc.)
Include the key points of effective messages and how your plan will ignite hope and empower change for all.
Following the presentations, reflect: What are your next steps in finalizing your product? How and when will you share it? What do you anticipate the impact being?
Share a toast! Your toast can be props for specific people or experiences you've had throughout the week.
