Take turns sharing what each person took note of and then have an open discussion about the equity levers.
Share one word to carry forward from the reading, reflection, sharing, and discussion.

With your district team, identify an Equity Lever you want to focus on first, based on the data you've reviewed and what you know about your district needs.
Reflect individually: In an ideal setting for your district, what would you see, hear, and feel if the Equity Lever you selected was in place in classrooms and schools? What would students be doing? What would teachers do? What would you expect from your school leaders?
Share your look fors with your team. You may wish to review the PBL Equity Levers: Teacher, School, and District Leader Considerations document for additional ideas.
Prioritize your top 3 look fors and add them to this blank template.
Discuss: To gather more data on the current state of your selected Equity Lever in your schools, identify specific questions that you will ask focus groups of students, teachers, leaders, and potentially family members.
Work with your district teams to continue drafting your Implementation Plan. Consider the following in your discussion. To what degree...
is our plan focused on outcomes?
is our plan built on the needs identified by our schools?
does our plan include simple, doable actions? In what ways are these actions aligned with our current reality?
are we regularly monitoring our progress?
is our plan in service of inspiring joy?
Prepare to share your plan with another district team for feedback.
Engage in the Charrette Protocol as directed by your facilitator.
Following the protocol, reconnect, reflect, and revise your Implementation Plans as needed.
Prepare a 1-2 minute presentation for the larger group that highlights the story of your district's PBL launch or your implementation plan for the upcoming school year.
Include the key points of effective messages and how your plan will ignite joy for all.
Following the presentations, reflect: The PBL World theme focused on igniting joy. What new insights do you have about the importance of igniting joy for all through PBL implementation in your district?
Share a toast! Your toast can be props for specific people or experiences you've had throughout the week.
