Capturing Evidence

Review the key differences in the School Evidence Framework.
Explore the Snapshot.
Discuss how the school leader leveraged the School PBL Evidence Framework Toolkit to support PBL implementation.
Annotate the Pulse Survey questions to determine which data points will be most essential to you as a district leader and which data points school leaders will utilize most.
Discuss how you will leverage the tools in the PBL Evidence Framework to drive decision making and planning, as well as how you will empower school leaders to leverage the framework toolkit.

Revisit your District Implementation Plan.
Update the Leading Indicators Table in your District Implementation Plan.
Be sure to also consider the ways in which your plan is in service of inspiring joy!

Listen to the story, taking note of the moves that were made. Consider what you may want to emulate In your district.
Debrief with a partner:
- What did you hear that you hope to try?
- What might be some specific moves you will make?

Review the facilitated sessions and self-paced mini-session options and determine which one will be most useful for you/your team.
Spend 45 minutes engaging in mini-workshop with your group.
Note the following in your journal based on your mini-workshop experience:
- What: What did you learn?
- So What: What do you want to implement?
- Now What: What updates do you plan to make to your plan?
Take turns sharing insights from the mini-workshops and discuss implications for your District Implementation Plan.
