Review the tools your facilitator went over, which can be found in Appendix A (Page 25) of the PBLWorks District Evidence Framework.
Identify the tools that align with the outcome(s) you selected.
What is the specific data you will collect? Ex. % of leaders who feel confident in their ability to lead GSPBL
Which tool will you use to monitor if your actions are working? Take time to familiarize yourselves with the selected tools and the specific components you want to zoom into. Ex. Pulse Survey, Sections 2 and 4
When and how will you reflect on your evidence and data? Ex. quarterly data party
Revisit your District Implementation Plan.
Update the Leading Indicators Table In your District Implementation Plan.
Listen to the story, taking note of the moves that were made. Consider what you may want to emulate In your district.
Debrief with a partner:
What did you hear that you hope to try?
What might be some specific moves you will make?
Reflect on how you are launching, supporting, and sustaining your PBL District Leader Roles.
Engage in the Strategy Harvest as directed by the facilitators.
3. Identify one new strategy you will utilize to launch, support, or sustain high-quality PBL implementation.
Review the mini-session options and determine which one will be most useful for you/your team.
Spend 35 minutes engaging in mini-workshop Round #1 with your group. Move to Round #2 for another 35 minutes as directed by your facilitator, unless you are in Session #2 or #4, which are double blocks.
Note the following in your journal based on your mini-workshop experience:
