Consider the strategies you lifted yesterday in the Strategy Harvest.
How might you activate these strategies in service of your identified outcomes?
Plan: Discuss the actions you will take to progress on your PBL journey:
Review the milestones you crafted on Day 1 - your key actions.
Determine the concrete steps you will need to take to reach this milestone. What strategies might be most effective? What barriers might you need to remove? (Plan)
What evidence will you collect (including the Leading Indicator tool data and beyond) to determine if your actions are working? How will you know what’s happening in schools? (Implement & Collect)
Determine your plan for reflecting on your progress and time to refine, if necessary. (Reflect, Refine)
Add your ideas to the Planning for Action section of your Implementation Plan.
Annotate each row of the Planning for Action section by indicating if you can do this action independently or if you would like support from your DDSL.
Work with your district teams to determine your goal for your P.B.L. Session.
Peruse: Would you like to present an idea and receive feedback from another district team?
Brainstorm: Would you like to present a problem / generate ideas to strengthen your Implementation Plan?
Listen: Would you like to hold an open forum or group conversation anchored in your Implementation Plan?
Prepare: Once you’ve determined your goal, utilize the corresponding template in the Choice Menu to prepare for the P.B.L. Rounds.
Engage in the P.B.L. Rounds as directed by your facilitator.

Consider your various stakeholder groups and identify the specific messaging each will receive.
Determine your timeline, roles, and responsibilities.
Begin to draft any materials you may need.
Prepare to engage in three handshakes where you will practice sharing your key points with a school board member, school leader, and teacher.
Create a toast for the story you are about to create in your district with your new PBL Implementation Plan in your journal.
Share your toast!
