Reflect on ways you have "inspired action" personally or professionally after watching this video.
Discuss the actions you will take to inspire action on your PBL journey:
Identify a second milestone.
Determine the steps you will need to take to reach this milestone. What strategies might be most effective? What barriers might you need to remove? (Plan)
What indicators will you monitor to determine if your actions are working? (Implement & Collect)
Determine your plan for reflecting on the milestone progress and time to refine, if necessary. (Reflect, Refine)
Create a cycle for your milestone.
Add to the Milestones Planning section in your Implementation Plan.
Identify a product that aligns with your milestones that would support meeting your inspiring goal. Create a prototype of your product. This may be a sketch, first draft, or some other form of ideation.
In what ways does your product work to advance equity?
As you listen to the story shared, take note of the moves that were made and consider what you may want to emulate In your district.
Review the bright spot characteristics.
With a partner from another district, share what you heard that you may want to try and specific moves you will make.
Work together to finalize your implementation plan and product.
Be ready to engage in a presentation protocol with another district.
Engage In the presentation protocol as directed by your facilitator.
Reflect on insight gained from the presentation protocol. What might be some new ideas or next steps for your plan based on the conversation?
Work together with your team to refine your Implementation Plan and/or product based on the feedback you received.
